Returns + Exchanges

 

The Sapphires and Sagebrush Mercantile gladly accept returns and exchanges!

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery and we can either email you a return label or you can ship the item back yourself at your local post office

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • We will deny refunds or exchanges if the returned item comes back to us damaged in any way without notification (ex: rips, tears, makeup or deodorant stains, ect.)

If items are damaged upon arrival: 

  • Please send pictures to sapphiresandsagebrush@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and mail back the damaged product

  • After review and we have received the returned damaged item, we will refund your order in full

  • Items returned after 30 days will not receive a refund.

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Fees for return shipping labels will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • If the item you wish to return is over $500, we will only refund 75% of the total value. Please keep this in mind on larger purchases! This is for single items only of a $500 value or more, this does not include orders of multiple items totaling $500.

I don't accept cancellations

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale
