Currently we ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories! We can also ship to Canada, please email us at sapphiresandsagebrush@gmail.com to set up a Canadian order!
Shipping prices are set at a domestic average flat rate, these rates are determined by weight and size of the item and by average distance in accordance with USPS shipping prices, occasionally we will ship larger orders with UPS if they deliver to your address!
We pride ourselves in same and next day shipping Tuesday thru Saturday - expect all orders placed after 9am on Saturdays to ship out the following Tuesday, as our local post office shuts down for the weekend at 11am on Saturdays.
Please note! We do travel quite a bit! If we are on the road and we are unable to ship orders for a period of time, we will have an announcement posted in the announcement bar at the top of our website!

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will have your tracking number, please make sure you give us a good email address!
If the shipping looks a bit steep - we sell a lot of heavy and fragile pieces and we want to make sure they are packaged properly and make it to you safely, we also cap shipping fees at $24! If the actual shipping costs of your entire order turn out to be less than you were charged we always refund the difference! (we are out of TX - costs to ship inside of Texas are much lower than costs to ship from TX to Montana for example - to ship one of our Rio Bravo throws it costs $8-$11 to ship to Texas, but can cost $25 to ship to Washington or New York) Flat rates are easier for us since we sell such a variety of items of all shapes and sizes, and will save our customers money!
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given to us by the customer. In effect, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or missing as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer. Our automated shipping program will automatically ship via USPS to the provided address with every purchase. We will do our very best to assist our customers in any way we can in contacting USPS and locating packages that go missing. Addresses can be updated and changed before your purchase has been shipped out, but not after. Please contact us immediately at sapphiresandsagebrush@gmail.com if you need to edit or make changes to the address you have provided.
Once a package is out of our hands and in the postal system, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Again, we will work to locate a missing package to the best of our ability. All orders over $150 will have full insurance on the package. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: to cover our loss as well, we can only refund half of your order cost due to a missing package. Placing an order online and having the order shipped is at the customer’s own risk.
All orders over $500 will have a required signature upon delivery - we require this in order to have your package insured. Your package cannot be delivered without your signature. After a period of attempted deliveries without a signature, the package is then returned to us. From there, we will have to charge another round of shipping fees and insurance to have the package reshipped.
