The Carson pillows cases are made with a vintage western upholstery fabric and a solid cream ticking for the back side. These measure roughly 18x18" each. We handmake these cases ourselves here in our shop. There may be slight variations here and there! Pillow pattern will vary as well. For a fitted stuffed look go for a 18x18" pillow insert, for a looser fit go for a 16x16" - I've got one of each shown here in the pics! (You can find pillow inserts in the craft section at Walmart or on Amazon for pretty cheap!)
