Missing the original tag, we happen to have another just like it however in red! So we know who made it. We believe it came from a small designer shop in Scottsdale, AZ. Fits like a women's size xsmall - possibly a girls or misses skirt!
When lying flat the waist measures 22" and the length of the skirt is 31" long
There is some light staining around the waist band, otherwise this skirt is in good condition!
